What is a cat cafe?

A cat cafe is like a traditional cafe in appearance, but what sets it apart are the free-roaming, adoptable cats hanging out right alongside you during your visit. You can interact with them while you browse our mercantile & enjoy your coffee or cold drink! (*Please note that we do not serve food at Teddy Cat.) All Teddy Cats are fully vaccinated & healthy. They have each been spayed or neutered prior to becoming available for adoption.

Can I bring my cat to Teddy Cat?

We wish! But, no. Outside feline friends are not allowed at Teddy Cat. All cats in the cafe have a good bill of health when they arrive and we want to make sure they stay that way while here.

Why is there a playdate fee?

The playdate fee goes directly to cat supplies, staffing, utilities, and rent allowing us to give adoptable cats a better chance at adoption while they are in this space. This fee helps give the cats the best possible care while they are here. 100% of adoptions fees at Teddy Cat go to local animal shelters. We do offer a complimentary Huckleberry coffee or tea with each playdate!

Are kids allowed?

Yes, children are allowed at Teddy Cat ages 6 and up. They must be accompanied by a parent at all times and are not allowed to pick up the cats. No running, screaming, stomping, or behavior of any kind that might harm or startle the cats. That goes for adults too! HA!
